I've been in community work as a practice and practitioner for about 25 years, and have held 100's of people for over 20. My work isn't therapy. It's not coaching. It's closer to the tradition of Spiritual Direction - Soul Friendship.
To me, destiny is not just what I can do alone, but the whirring of many people in the potency of their callings working closely together. That's tops to me, where the golden honey elixir is.
The whir HAS to include the "Bigger Bodies," of Earth, Ancestors and God.
One of the biggest gaps in the current western context is the fragmentation of community. My work restores this as a living memory.
I am in a deep and abiding relationship with Earth and the ancestors, and am directed by the hum of "that which is unseen."
And my walk has been shaped by discipline and devotion of presence through daily practice and rigorous study.
I'm not about abstract mysticism — I'm all in for what it takes to really be here.
I come from the water, land, and People of the Dawn, the Mi’kmaq through matrilineal heritage. And through my father, I come from the peoples of the Afro-Caribbean island of San Andrés, which is nationally part of Colombia. My formative years were entirely in Maine, primarily with my mother until age 9 — learning how to really be human. We often lived in an urgent manner, wild and under resourced for this current western context. These years were hard for many reasons — and they were essential for my becoming who and how I am.
I have spent many years studying with, sitting with, learning from, and co-creating with some elders and teachers, leading to many mini deaths and resurrections / transformations within this life. My experience of life has been rather mystic, with profound life shaping claircogizant and clairvoyant events — and the stance I’ve cultivated through daily practice is centered on really being here. It’s been my work to weave my inner world gold into outer expression, leading me to be an archetypal hybrid of Artmonk, alchemized by being hyper creative and having a daily practice since I was 17 - an Earth Temple Priestess doing the work of reclaiming and embodying pleasure through deep shadow work in concert with Earth, a Fool who is eagerly at the edge of listening and trust, and Source-r-us or Medicine Bearing Magician who is here to be beside and embody transformation and re-membering through vision, voice, and hands on presencing. I’ve been quietly working in the background for many years, and it’s time to step more forward and put a call out for the siblings in Spirit, that we may come together, water each other, and hold the web of re-membering as an offering to these dynamic times.
I earned my BFA from Maine College Of Art in 2005, and was ordained by The Chaplaincy Institute of Maine in 2012. In addition, I completed a sound healing apprenticeship with Sandra Chausee, studied with Elder Major, (an Irish/Inut seer) for over 7 years, and Elder Teacher David Lonebear Sanipass, (a Mi'kmaq Sagen and scientist) for about 6 years, studied Reiki from 2 different teachers, and has completed all levels. And, I have received multiple peer mentorship trainings and continue my education in ethics, the alchemy and service of business, eq, and emergent strategy.
In 2025, I was awarded Central Humanities Washington Award in the category of Emerging Leader. This award is given to individuals and organizations who have made significant contributions to the humanities in Washington state in accordance to the values of Critical Thinking, Stewardship, Belonging, Connection and Respect. These values deeply reflect my own, and I'm honored to receive this recognition.

I first encountered Meg at gallery opening where she was showing her collection of daily paintings. One of her pieces leapt out at me (it’s actually deeper than that, I feel like one of her pieces spontaneously healed me just in seeing it, and I’m not even like that).
