This isn't about living in resilience...which is naturally to be reserved for moments or seasons, but we're not created to live in survival. As we allow to too-small-stories to transmute and convert into new material within our lives, we have access to resilience -- and BEYOND resilience.
It is an organic technology that allows us to bring the BEYOND into form.
Most imagination within our current western context is recycled script, and has been domesticated by trauma.
To arrive at the more generous reality of imagination, we need to interrupt the scripts and generatively destroy the identities that are running on them. We are SO much more than complaining about co-workers, spouses or parents. We are SO much more than the trauma of our formative years or the abuses we have experienced.
We are not talking about "Love and Light" ignorance of the truth of our experiences. We're softening our gaze and opening the field of vision to see both the "burning mountain" of our pain -- AND, the generous field of wildflowers that is the ever expanding edge of creation.
Imagination is the portal to freedom.
Playful imagination, which can be hard for us whose play was robbed from us as children, is the medicine in the honey.

There is a monthly lab space called Field Keeper where we drop into depth in one of the three areas of focus: dissolve, permission and origination. These labs are potent agitators of the inner life, and ready you to make quantum leaps.
And, you will receive 12 high-touch 1:1 mentorship sessions with me.

We gather on the 2nd Thursday of the month from 10 - 12 PST.
Journeys are recorded and PDF's are made of our practices. Some calls will be recorded. This is TBD based on the intensity of what's shared and if it's in right-relationship to keep the shared stories and content within live presence.

My Story
and why "generative destruction" needs to be reclaimed.
My strong ability to imagine and to fantasize has saved me.
My formative years were so disrupted, so aggressive and scrappy ... being a touch delulu is ABSOLUTELY what kept me alive.
I was able to generate such strong images in my mind of being SO loved, so fed, so seen that my nervous system believed it -- and that generated a more generous reality than the one I was being handed on the daily.
Playful imagination, loving imagination, abundant imagination has been both shadow and gift for me. I've been LOST for hours in inner worlds, and have definitely craved my own reality over consensus reality -- and, it has been THE THING that allowed me to not just accept the programing of the ill and broken people around me.
As I grew and learned more about being in right relationship, emotional intelligence, ethics ... It became clear how I had fallen asleep to myself in an effort to survive the trauma I had endured. It required full commitment to come out of bypass and numbness into true intimacy. And somehow, my imagination remained intact. In fact, it grows stronger as I continue to deepen in utilizing my natural gifts in the direction of the collective. Medicine dreams, clairvoyance and claircognizance, and a steady stream of creativity continue to assist me in potent ways as I companion others in their own sovereign creativity and ability to companion others.
